Press Release Deutsche Konsum REIT-AG extends board of directors Broderstorf, 12 June 2017 - The supervisory board of Deutsche Konsum REIT-AG (ISIN DE000A14KRD3) appointed Alexander Kroth and Christian Hellmuth as further board members with effect as of 1st July 2017. Mr. Kroth (CIO) will take responsibilities for Investments and Asset Management and Mr. Hellmuth (CFO) will lead Corporate Finance/Accounting and IR. Rolf Elgeti will remain as chairman of the board (CEO). Mr. Kroth (34) joined Obotritia Capital / Deutsche Konsum in 2014 and built up a profitable property portfolio of around EUR 240 mn since then. He is responsible for property acquisitions as well as for the revitalization of Deutsche Konsum's development assets. Mr. Kroth studied Real Estate Economics at European Business School in Oestrich-Winkel. Before his move to Obotritia he worked at KPMG as a real estate advisor. Mr. Kroth has real estate experience of more than 10 years. Mr. Hellmuth (37) joined Deutsche Konsum REIT in January 2017 and built up the Finance department of the company. He is in charge of equity and debt transactions and is responsible for accounting/controlling and IR. Before Mr. Hellmuth worked at WCM, Deutsche Wohnen, GSW, Porsche Consulting and PwC and has real estate experience of more than 15 years. Mr. Hellmuth absolved his Business Management studies in Berlin.
