DGAP-News: Deutsche Konsum REIT-AG / Key word(s): AGM/EGM PRESS RELEASE Annual General Meeting of Deutsche Konsum REIT elects the Supervisory Board At the constituent Supervisory Board meeting, which took place following the Annual General Meeting, Mr. Hans-Ulrich Sutter was confirmed as Chairman of the Supervisory Board. Mr. Achim Betz was once again appointed Deputy Chairman. In addition, the actions of the Management Board and the Supervisory Board for the terms of office in the financial year 2016/17 were approved at the Annual General Meeting. DOMUS AG Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft/Steuerberatungsgesellschaft, Berlin, was elected as auditor for the financial year 2017/18. In addition, a new authorised capital 2018 was formed and a resolution was passed on the creation of a new authorisation to issue option and/or convertible bonds with the possibility of excluding subscription rights as well as a resolution on the amendment to the existing conditional capital I. Over 65 % of the share capital was represented at the Annual General Meeting (share capital of the Company at the time of convening the Annual General Meeting: 27,236,313 shares).
