The company invests in retail properties for everyday consumer goods located in established regional areas and medium seized cities across Germany in particular. In this respect, the company aims to benefit from lower market prices in these areas being less volatile than in the major cities and metroploitan areas. Approximately two-thirds of rental income is generated from non-cyclical tenants, ensuring stable cash flows and resiliance. By investing in properties below the interest threshold of large institutional investors and above the typical privat investor segment, the company positions itself in an attractive market niche with a balanced risk-return profile.
A professional asset and portfolio management has a value-adding effect aiming to establish long term tenant relations and a sustainable increase of property values.
