The objective of the Company is to generate sustainable revenue growth by continuously developing the real estate portfolio and strategic asset and portfolio management.
The Company´s strategic focus is on retail properties for everyday consumer goods located in established mico-locations within regional and mid-sized areas across Germany, as market prices in these areas tend to be less volatile than in the major cities and metropolitan areas. Approximately two-thirds of rental income is generated from non-cyclical tenants, ensuring stable cash flows and resilience. The DKR operates as an investor and long-term holder in an attractive market niche with a balanced risk-return profile, positioned below the interest threshold of large institutional investors and above the typical private investor segment.
A professional asset and portfolio management has a value-adding effect aiming to establish long term tenant relations and a sustainable increase of property values.
