Compensation System Supervisory Board (amendment approved on 13 July 2023)

The compensation of the Supervisory Board was resolved in the Annual General Meeting of 11 March 2021 under agenda item 12 pursuant to § 113 para. 3 German Stock Corporation Act (AktG). The proposed resolution can be found under TOP 12 of the invitation and agenda to the Annual General Meeting 2021; this was adopted with 99.99% of the votes cast (cf. the voting results).
